Everything went according to plan when ninth rankedBesancon (13-23) outplayed 14th ranked Pole France (3-33) in Paris 97-66 on Tuesday. Besancon forced 21 Pole France turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. Guard Idrissa Pouye (184-2000) notched 19 points and 8 assists to lead the effort and Lithuanian Augustinas Venckus (190-1997) supported him with 21 points. Five Besancon players scored in double figures. Besancon's coach Laurent Kleefstra felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 12 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists by forward Messi Yangala (203-2009) did not help to save the game for Pole France . Swingman Nateo Des Bordes (194-2008) added 16 points for lost side. Besancon have a solid three-game winning streak.
