Very important is a home loss of third rankedProvence Basket (26-14) against eleventh ranked Lorient (22-17) on Friday night. Host Provence Basket was defeated by Lorient in a tough game in Fos-sur-Mer 65-72 . Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Lorient made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was forward David Amarh (202-2002) who scored 15 points and 8 rebounds. Naturalized Moroccan guard Kevin Franceschi (193-1993, college: OKBU) chipped in 18 points.
