There was a small surprise when seventeenth rankedCalvados (13-25) beat on the road 15th ranked Olympique Antibes (17-21) 93-86 on Friday. Caen looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American point guard Siyani Chambers (183-1993, college: Harvard) notched 20 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists to lead the effort and Guyanese forward Youri Golitin (202-1997) supported him with 16 points and 12 rebounds. Four Calvados players scored in double figures. Even 13 points and 8 assists by point guard Matthieu Gauzin (192-2001, agency: Network Sports International) did not help to save the game for Antibes . Naturalized Cameroonian guard Samir Bikantchou (191-1998) added 14 points for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Caen maintains seventeenth position with 13-25 record. Loser Olympique Antibes keeps the fifteenth place with 21 games lost.
