Regular Season Round 7: RASHI - TSU 65-87
Date: December 6, 2025
LeaderTSU delivered the fifth victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed bottom-ranked RASHI (0-7) 87-65 in Tbilisi. TSU looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for American swingman Courvoisier McCauley (196-1998, college: Indiana St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 5 rebounds. The former international forward Aleksandre Phevadze (207-1998) helped adding 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side American center Andre Weir (206-2001, college: KSU) responded with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks and point guard Luka Alavidze (194-2005) scored 14 points and 5 assists. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for TSU . They maintain first place with 5-1 record, which they share with Kutaisi and VSA. RASHI lost their seventh game in a row. They still close the standings with seven games lost. They share the position with Delta. TSU will meet at home Delta (#10) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. RASHI will play against Iverioni in Gori and hopes to get finally their first victory.
