Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both eleventh ranked Braunschweig and 12th ranked Crailsheim Merlins had identical 2-4 record. This time Braunschweig used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Crailsheim 91-80. Braunschweig players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Kenny Frease (212-89, college: Xavier) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds.
