Quite upsetting wasDresden 's (#5) 20-point home defeat in a game versus sixth ranked MBA who smashed hosts . They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Dresden 's 26. MBA forced 32 Dresden turnovers. The best player for the winners was guard Mika Siegert (194-2008) who scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. David Darko chipped in 19 points and 5 rebounds. Four MBA players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was who recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and Leo Hoff added 17 points respectively.
