Quarter-Finals Round 2: Goettingen - Jena 86-81

Date: April 26, 2026
Goettingen looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Belgian Alice Bremer (186-2000) notched a double-double by scoring 26 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and power forward Sophia Phillips (182-2003) supported her with 19 points and 5 assists. Goettingen's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even a double-double of 20 points and 10 assists by American guard Laila Walker (165-2002, college: Biola, CA) did not help to save the game for Jena. Latvian center Marta Miscenko (194-1995, college: Wingate) added 18 points and 13 rebounds for the guests. Four Goettingen and five Jena players scored in double figures.
