It looked good early as ratiopharm Ulm took a 10-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Bamberg took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 6 points. Ulm was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Demarcus Demonia (201-1999, college: ETAMU) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 8 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Austin Crowley (196-2000, college: Southern Miss) contributed with 14 points and 4 assists for the winners. Demonia is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. FourBamberg players scored in double figures. Ghanian-American Christopher Ledlum (198-2001, college: St.John's) answered with 13 points and 7 rebounds and American Justin Simon (196-1996, college: St.John's, agency: Octagon Europe) added 6 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists in the effort for Ulm. ratiopharm Ulm's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
