Elite League top team -Mykonou (10-2) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat twelfth ranked Ikaroi Trikala (4-8) 90-81 . Mykonou looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The winners were led by American point guard Jamari Blackmon (183-2000, college: ULM) who scored that evening 25 points and 5 assists and center Petros Melissaratos (205-1993) supported him with 12 points and 5 rebounds. Even 21 points and 7 assists by guard Theodoros Konstantinidis (194-2004) did not help to save the game for Ikaroi Trikala . Naturalized Australian center Ioannis Dimakopoulos (218-1994, college: UC Irvine, agency: Helping Ballers) added 15 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Mykonou have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 10-2 record. Newly promoted Ikaroi Trikala keeps the twelfth place with eight games lost. They share the position with HANTH.
