The game in Athens supposed to be also quite interesting. 4th placedKoroivos (13-10) played at the court of fifth ranked Psychikou (14-9). Psychikou smashed Koroivos 89-61 on Saturday. Psychikou dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Koroivos ' 26. They outrebounded Koroivos 35-24 including a 31-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Psychikou especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Koroivos ' players. It was a great evening for center Georgios Diamantakos (215-1995, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 15 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field). Power forward Anastasios Antonakis (205-1992, agency: Octagon Europe) helped adding 8 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Psychikou players scored in double figures. American point guard RJ Glasper (186-1998, college: UIW) responded with 18 points and 5 assists and power forward Aristotelis Sotiriou (203-2001, college: Adelphi) scored 11 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the third consecutive win for Psychikou . They moved-up to fourth place. Loser Koroivos dropped to the fifth position with ten games lost.
