There was a small surprise in Athens where ninth rankedKoroivos (14-13) beat 7th ranked Psychikou (15-12) 85-79 on Monday. Charilaos Paraskevopoulos (199-2005) fired 19 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Alexandros Kokorelis (-2002) chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds. Five Koroivos players scored in double figures. American Shahada Wells (183-1999, college: McNeese St.) produced 15 points and 6 assists and point guard Georgios Koukas (179-1985) added 12 points and 5 assists respectively for lost side. Psychikou's coach Giorgos Remendelas tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Koroivos moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Lavrio. Loser Psychikou keeps the seventh position with 12 games lost.
