The game with biggest result difference took place in Reykjavik. LocalKR (10-1) outscored 8th ranked Keflavik B (1-10) 113-72 on Sunday night. The game without a history. KR led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Keflavik B 's 30. KR forced 25 Keflavik B turnovers and outrebounded them 46-23 including a 19-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. KR looked well-organized offensively handing out 36 assists comparing to just 21 passes made by Keflavik B 's players. Worth to mention a quality performance of American power forward Cheah Rael-Whitsitt (180-1998, college: Texas A&M) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals and swingman Anna Magnusdottir (178-2006) who added 14 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Five KR players scored in double figures. KR's coach felt very confident using entire bench saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was guard Asdis Jonsdottir (166-2007) with 23 points and 7 assists (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) and guard Asthildur Olsen (170-2003) scored 12 points and 5 assists. KR have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 10-1 record behind leader Armann. Keflavik B lost tenth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom place with ten games lost.
