We should mention about the upset which took place in Hamar, whereTindastoll lost to Hamar in a road game 72-77 . Hamar made 22-of-29 charity shots (75.9 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Tindastoll turnovers. Tindastoll was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. American point guard Abby Beeman (163-2001, college: Marshall) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 9 rebounds, 12 assists and 5 steals. The former international forward Anna Larusdottir (174-1999) contributed with 14 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Hamar's coach Hakon Hjartarson allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Latvian guard Ilze Jakobsone (168-1994) replied with 21 points and 9 assists and Polish forward Edyta Falenczyk (180-1993) added 22 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!) in the effort for Tindastoll.
