Very predictable result when second rankedTindastoll (11-3) rolled over 9th ranked Njardvik (5-10) in Sauoarkrokur 113-92 on Friday. Tindastoll looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Irish-British forward Taiwo Badmus (200-1993, college: UVA Wise) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. Serbian Ivan Gavrilovic (205-1996) accounted for 23 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. British-French guard Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye (193-1996, college: Bradley) came up with 21 points and 8 assists and Croatian guard Sven Smajlagic (196-1990, agency: AltusBasket) added 17 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Njardvik in the defeat. Five Tindastoll and four Njardvik players scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Tindastoll maintains second place with 11-3 record having just three points less than leader Grindavik. Loser Njardvik keeps the ninth position with ten games lost.
