The game between second rankedBreidablik (14-3) and fourth ranked Haukar Breidablik was defeated by Haukar in a tough game in Hafnarfjordur 91-96 . It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Breidablik. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Breidablik won third quarter 21-19 . However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Haukar looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Four Haukar players scored in double figures. American swingman Sardaar Calhoun (198-1999, college: Drake, agency: Diamond Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds and Croatian swingman Dino Stipcic (196-1989, agency: Dagger Basket) added 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively for the guests. Haukar have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Sindri. Breidablik at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost.
