Regular Season Round 10: Ramat Hasharon - H.Rishon LZ 65-68

The most exciting game of round 10 in the D1 took place in Ramat Hasharon. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 6th rankedRamat Hasharon (4-6) to third ranked H.Rishon LZ (7-2) 68-65 on Monday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Ramat Hasharon. Strangely Ramat Hasharon outrebounded H.Rishon LZ 38-26 including 27 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Shae Kelley (185-1991, college: Minnesota) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. International swingman Eden Zipel (184-2002) contributed with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four H.Rishon LZ players scored in double figures. American forward Alisia Jenkins (186-1994, college: S.Florida) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists and Russian forward Albina Razheva (189-1994) added 23 points and 5 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) in the effort for Ramat Hasharon. H.Rishon LZ have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. Ramat Hasharon at the other side keeps the sixth position with six games lost.
