Very expected game when 10th rankedM.Ramat Gan (1-8) lost to fourth ranked H.Jerusalem (6-4) in Ramat Hen 71-88 on Monday. H.Jerusalem outrebounded M.Ramat Gan 46-35 including a 38-27 advantage in defensive rebounds. H.Jerusalem looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American forward Emily Engstler (185-2000, college: Louisville) notched a double-double by scoring 23 points, 19 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the effort and the other American import point guard Tiffany Mitchell (175-1994, college: S.Carolina) supported her with 19 points and 6 rebounds (made all of her eight free throws). Even 21 points and 5 rebounds by American swingman Brooque Williams (172-1989, college: California, PA) did not help to save the game for M.Ramat Gan . International guard Gili Eisner (178-2001) added 13 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. H.Jerusalem maintains fourth position with 6-4 record. Loser M.Ramat Gan stay at the bottom place with eight games lost.
