Very expected game when 9th rankedH.Kfar Saba (7-8) was defeated on the road by fifth ranked I.Nahariya (9-6) 87-81 on Saturday. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. I.Nahariya outrebounded H.Kfar Saba 39-23 including a 17-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. I.Nahariya looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was American-Nigerian center Temidayo Yussuf (201-1996, college: LBSU, agency: Slash Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 14 rebounds. Yanir Binyamin (188-2000, agency: BIG) chipped in 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Omer Sade (200-2001) produced 26 points and American-Sierra Leonean guard Richaud Pack (192-1992, college: Maryland) added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. I.Nahariya moved-up to fourth place, which they share with M.Rishon and H.Eilat. Newly promoted H.Kfar Saba keeps the ninth position with eight games lost. They share it with H.Kfar Qasem.
