There was a small surprise when ninth rankedH.Safed Galil (13-12) beat on the road 7th ranked M.Rehovot (13-12) 76-71 on Tuesday. It was a great evening for American-Bahamas forward Jonathan Augustin-Fairell (201-1993, college: Murray St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 27 points and 9 rebounds. American guard Dachon Burke (193-1997, college: USA) helped adding 23 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. The best for the losing side was American forward Demetrius Treadwell (201-1991, college: Akron) with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Daniel Gueta (188-2003) scored 8 points and 13 assists. M.Rehovot's coach Kobi Hasson tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. H.Safed Galil moved-up to seventh place, which they share with M.Rehovot and E.Yavne. M.Rehovot lost third consecutive game.
