The game between third rankedHapoel Jerusalem (19-6) and eighth ranked Galil Elion Hapoel Jerusalem was defeated by Galil Elion in a tough game in Kfar Blum 82-87 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Hapoel Jerusalem. H.Galil Elion looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Canadian guard Marcus Carr (188-1999, college: Texas) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 assists for the winners and American Rawle Alkins (197-1997, college: Arizona) chipped in 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side American point guard Jared Harper (178-1997, college: Auburn) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 assists and the other American import center Austin Wiley (211-1999, college: Auburn) scored 8 points and 14 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Hapoel Jerusalem's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. H.Galil Elion maintains eighth place with 11-14 record, which they share with H.Gilboa Galil and H.Be'er Sheva. H.Jerusalem at the other side keeps the third position with six games lost.
