We should mention about the upset which took place in Gan Ner, where 6th rankedRamat Gan (13-13) lost to ninth ranked H.Gilboa Galil (12-14) in a road game 74-78 . The former international forward Gur Lavi (198-2001, agency: BIG) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds. American forward Elijah Childs (201-1999, college: Bradley) contributed with 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four H.Gilboa Galil players scored in double figures. H.Gilboa Galil's coach Sharon Avrahami allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. The former international Adam Ariel (193-1994) replied with 17 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Yahel Melamed (199-2001) added 7 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for M.Ramat Gan. H.Gilboa Galil moved-up to seventh place, which they share with H.Be'er Sheva and I.Ness Ziona. M.Ramat Gan at the other side keeps the sixth position with 13 games lost.
