Regular Season Round 1: M.Haifa - H.Jerusalem 68-65

An exciting game was played in Haifa. M.Haifa faced H.Jerusalem. Host M.Haifa edged guests from Jerusalem 68-65. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Shyanne Sellers (188-2003, college: Maryland) who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists (made all of her eleven free throws !!!). Her fellow American import center Kristina Higgins (196-1994, college: Baylor) contributed with 11 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. British forward Savannah Wilkinson (183-1998, college: SMU) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds and American point guard Dyaisha Fair (165-2001, college: Syracuse) added 15 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for H.Jerusalem. M.Haifa will play against H.Rishon LZ in Rishon Le-Zion in the next round and are hoping to win another game. H.Jerusalem will play on the road against M.Ashdod in Ashdod to get more than just one victory in their record.
