Regular Season Round 1: H.Migdal - H.Safed Galil 90-80

H.Migdal used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Safed 90-80 on Friday night. H.Migdal looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. American guard Dachon Burke (193-1997, college: USA) stepped up and scored 17 points and 9 assists for the winners and his fellow American import forward Brandon Edwards (201-1991, college: UT Arlington) chipped in 17 points and 11 rebounds. H.Migdal's coach used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side the former international power forward Daniel Koperberg (208-1997) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and American point guard Taz Sherman (194-1999, college: WVU) scored 21 points and 5 assists. Five H.Migdal and four H.Safed Galil players scored in double figures.
