Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both sixteenth rankedH.Safed Galil and bottom-ranked M.Haifa had identical 0-3 record. But M.Haifa was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Safed 80-65 on Friday night. Worth to mention a great performance of who helped to win the game recording 25 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and American point guard Taz Sherman (194-1999, college: WVU) who added 26 points and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side American forward Josh Price (205-1996, college: S.Indiana) responded with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international point guard Naor Sharon (193-1995) scored 11 points and 4 assists. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. H.Safed Galil (1-3) left bottom position moving up to thirteenth place. It was M.Haifa 's fourth loss in a row. They still close the standings with four games lost. They share the position with E.Shomron.
