Everything went according to plan in Ma'ale Adumim where second rankedM.Rehovot (6-1) outleveled 14th ranked M.Ma'ale Adum. (1-5) 80-61 on Friday. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when M.Rehovot made 7 blocks. It was a great evening for American forward Derrick Walker (206-1997, college: Nebraska, agency: Diamond Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Amit Menachem (184-2004) helped adding 14 points. At the losing side American forward Christian Jones (201-1993, college: UNLV, agency: BIG) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 19 rebounds and his fellow the other American import import forward Demetrius Treadwell (201-1991, college: Akron) scored 13 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. The victory was the third consecutive win for M.Rehovot . They keep a position of league leader, which they share with H.Haifa. M.Ma'ale Adum. lost their third game in a row. They keep the fourteenth place with five games lost.
