There was no surprise when 9th rankedRamat Gan (2-5) was outleveled on the road by sixth ranked Hapoel Jerusalem (4-2) 88-69 on Sunday. H.Jerusalem outrebounded M.Ramat Gan 47-28 including a 15-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. 24 personal fouls committed by M.Ramat Gan helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
