Very expected game when 14th rankedM.Ma'ale Adum. (1-6) was smashed by third ranked Hapoel Eilat (6-1) in Ma'ale Adumim 103-62 on Thursday. H.Eilat dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to M.Ma'ale Adum. 's 32. They outrebounded M.Ma'ale Adum. 45-23 including a 32-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. H.Eilat looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by M.Ma'ale Adum. 's players. The winners were led by swingman Eliad Tal (198-2002) who scored that evening 23 points and 8 rebounds and guard Alon Druker (180-2000) supported him with 18 points and 9 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Five Hapoel Eilat players scored in double figures. Even 9 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists by American forward Derrick Walker (206-1997, college: Nebraska, agency: Diamond Sports) did not help to save the game for M.Ma'ale Adum. . added 12 points for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. H.Eilat maintains third position with 6-1 record having 2 victories less than leader H.Haifa. M.Ma'ale Adum. lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth place with six games lost.
