Very important is a road loss of third rankedE.Holon (4-4) against sixth ranked M.Ashdod (4-3) on Monday night. Visiting E.Holon was defeated by M.Ashdod in Ashdod 84-66 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of E.Holon. M.Ashdod made 25-of-28 free shots (89.3 percent) during the game. The winners were led by international point guard Dor Saar (165-1999, college: MTSU) who scored that evening 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and American guard Stephanie Watts (180-1997, college: UNC) supported her with 19 points and 8 rebounds. Four M.Ashdod players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 17 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists by American forward Shae Kelley (185-1991, college: Minnesota) did not help to save the game for E.Holon . Her fellow American import point guard Carlie Littlefield (175-1998, college: UNC, agency: LBM Management) added 16 points for the guests. Defending champion moved-up to third place. Loser E.Holon dropped to the fourth position with four games lost. They share it with M.Karmiel and H.Jerusalem.
