Everything went according to plan when sixth rankedHapoel Holon (5-2) beat at home 10th ranked Galil Elion (2-6) 92-82 . H.Holon players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. The winners were led by American swingman Jordan McRae (197-1991, college: Tennessee) who scored that evening 25 points and 4 assists and the former international power forward Idan Zalmanson (205-1995) supported him with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Hapoel Holon's coach Danny Franco allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 19 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) by American forward DJ Kennedy (198-1989, college: St.John's) did not help to save the game for H.Galil Elion . His fellow American import point guard Toney Douglas (189-1986, college: FSU) added 16 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. H.Holon moved-up to fourth place, which they share with H.Jerusalem. H.Galil Elion lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with six games lost. They share it with M.Raanana.
