Very important is a road loss of third rankedH.Jerusalem (6-6) against fourth ranked H.Rishon LZ (7-5) on Monday night. Visiting H.Jerusalem was defeated by H.Rishon LZ in Rishon Le-Zion 80-64 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of H.Jerusalem. H.Rishon LZ forced 21 H.Jerusalem turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. The winners were led by Serbian Snezana Bogicevic (183-1997) who scored that evening 20 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international point guard Yaara Yizchaki (168-1998) supported her with 16 points, 9 assists and 4 steals. Five H.Rishon LZ players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 14 points and 14 rebounds by British forward Savannah Wilkinson (183-1998, college: SMU) did not help to save the game for H.Jerusalem . Austrian forward Anja Fuchs-Robetin (185-1996, college: FSC) added 13 points and 6 rebounds. H.Jerusalem's coach rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. H.Rishon LZ moved-up to third place. H.Jerusalem at the other side dropped to the fourth position with six games lost. They share it with M.Karmiel and E.Holon.
