Very expected game when 11th rankedIroni Nes-Ziona (4-9) lost to fourth ranked Bnei Hertzeliya (9-4) in Hod Hasharon 73-90 on Saturday. Bnei Hertzeliya looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Nigerian-American center Chinanu Onuaku (207-1996, college: Louisville) nailed a double-double by scoring 15 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and American guard Elijah Stewart (196-1995, college: USC) accounted for 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Bnei Hertzeliya players scored in double figures. Bnei Hertzeliya's coach Yehu-David Orland used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Nigerian center Udoka Azubuike (212-1999, college: Kansas) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) and U.S. Virgin Islands Desi Rodriguez (197-1996, college: Seton Hall) added 17 points and 5 rebounds respectively for I.Ness Ziona in the defeat. Bnei Hertzeliya have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with H.Gilboa Galil.
