There was no surprise when 10th rankedH.Be'er Sheva (1-15) was defeated at home by third ranked H.Rishon LZ (9-7) 81-75 on Monday. H.Rishon LZ looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Russian center Anastasia Boldirva (198-2003, college: MTSU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds and American center Desi-Rae Young (185-2002, college: UNLV) who added 20 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American forward Crystal Bradford (183-1993, college: CMU) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and her fellow American import guard Evina Westbrook (183-1998, college: UConn) scored 26 points. H.Be'er Sheva's coach Shani Fridman rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. H.Rishon LZ maintains third position with 9-7 record having seven points less than leader M.Ramat Gan. H.Be'er Sheva lost eleventh consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom place with 15 games lost.
