There was a minor upset when 11th rankedIroni Nes-Ziona (5-10) was defeated on the road by thirteenth ranked E.Netanya (3-12) 95-91 on Friday. E.Netanya looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for naturalized Lithuanian point guard Amit Gershon (191-1995) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points. American point guard Diante Baldwin (182-1994, college: UNCG, agency: Slash Sports) helped adding 13 points and 4 assists. E.Netanya's coach Netanel Dahan used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American guard Bryce Brown (190-1997, college: Auburn) with 24 points and the former international Spencer Weisz (193-1995, college: Princeton) scored 6 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists. Five E.Netanya and four I.Ness Ziona players scored in double figures. E.Netanya maintains thirteenth place with 3-12 record. Loser Ironi Nes-Ziona keeps the eleventh position with ten games lost.
