National League top team -Hapoel Eilat (17-1) had no problems winning another game on Tuesday. This time they beat ninth ranked E.Shomron (8-10) 95-79 . H.Eilat dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to E.Shomron 's 36. H.Eilat looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by E.Shomron 's players. The best player for the winners was American power forward Ishmael Lane (203-1997, college: NSU) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds. The other American import guard Gerald Hannahs (191-1993, college: Arkansas) chipped in 25 points. Five Hapoel Eilat players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American swingman Vince Cole (198-1998, college: Coastal) who recorded 25 points and 9 rebounds and swingman Roi Behar (196-2005) added 16 points respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hapoel Eilat have an impressive 13-game winning streak. H.Eilat maintains first position with 17-1 record. Loser E.Shomron keeps the ninth place with ten games lost.
