Regular Season Round 27: Ashkelon - H.Eilat 70-84

National League top team -Hapoel Eilat (26-1) managed to deliver another win on Tuesday. This time they beat sixth ranked Ashkelon (16-11) 84-70 . H.Eilat looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. It was a great evening for American guard Gerald Hannahs (191-1993, college: Arkansas) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points. Tzuf Ben Moshe (194-1997) helped adding 15 points and 6 rebounds. Four Hapoel Eilat players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Oz Lavy (197-2003) with 16 points and 8 rebounds and American power forward Quatarrius Wilson (203-1996, college: SEMO, agency: M&L Talent) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hapoel Eilat have an impressive series of twenty two victories in a row. H.Eilat maintains first place with 26-1 record. Ashkelon at the other side keeps the sixth position with 11 games lost.
