No shocking result in a game in Nazareth where fourth rankedHapoel Haifa (20-8) defeated 10th ranked H.Migdal (11-17) 104-99 on Friday. H.Haifa dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to H.Migdal 's 42. H.Haifa looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American Xavier Johnson (201-1993, college: Colorado) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Danel Kozahinof (168-2001) who added 14 points and 12 assists during the contest. At the losing side American guard Marques Warrick (190-2002, college: Missouri) responded with 25 points and his fellow American import forward Brandon Edwards (201-1991, college: UT Arlington) scored 18 points and 6 rebounds. Five H.Haifa and four H.Migdal players scored in double figures. H.Haifa maintains fourth position with 20-8 record. H.Migdal at the other side keeps the tenth place with 17 games lost.
