Bottom-rankedM.Raanana managed to get a sixth victory. This time newly promoted M.Raanana outleveled ninth-ranked Ironi Nes-Ziona 92-70 . It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 22-point difference proves that M.Raanana was well-prepared to that game. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Ironi Nes-Ziona. M.Raanana forced 25 I.Ness Ziona turnovers. American point guard Matt Coleman III (188-1998, college: Texas) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 assists for the winners and his fellow American import forward Lennard Freeman (203-1995, college: NC State) chipped in 11 points and 9 rebounds. Four M.Raanana players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international Spencer Weisz (193-1995, college: Princeton) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists and U.S. Virgin Islands Desi Rodriguez (197-1996, college: Seton Hall) scored 9 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. M.Raanana (6-19) moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with H.Galil Elyon and E.Netanya. I.Ness Ziona at the other side keeps the ninth position with 15 games lost.
