Very predictable result when second rankedHapoel Tel-Aviv (20-4) won against 7th ranked M.Rishon (11-14) in Tel Aviv 91-76 on Wednesday. H.Tel-Aviv made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. American center Johnathan Motley (207-1995, college: Baylor) nailed 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and the former international point guard Yam Madar (190-2000) accounted for 20 points. American forward Amin Stevens (203-1990, college: FAMU) came up with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import guard Gabe DeVoe (191-1995, college: Clemson) added 13 points and 4 assists respectively for M.Rishon in the defeat. Five H.Tel-Aviv and four M.Rishon players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. H.Tel-Aviv maintains second place with 20-4 record having just three points less than leader M.Tel-Aviv. Newly promoted M.Rishon keeps the seventh position with 14 games lost.
