Not a big story in a game when 20th rankedRieti (5-23) was defeated at home by seventh ranked Fabo Herons (18-11) 81-69 on Saturday. Lithuanian guard Tautvydas Kupstas (193-2000, college: UWF) stepped up and scored 26 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and point guard Emanuele Trapani (182-1999) chipped in 16 points and 6 assists. Fabo Herons' coach Federico Barsotti used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Naturalized Maltese center Kurt Cassar (208-1999) responded with 27 points and 9 rebounds and forward Andrea Cecchi (196-2005) scored 13 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Fabo Herons moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Orlandina and Faenza. Rieti lost their twelfth game in a row. They keep the twentieth position with 23 games lost. They share it with Ragusa.
