Very expected game when 11th rankedMoncalieri (7-13) lost on the road to third ranked Milano (16-4) 67-56 on Saturday. Milano forced 19 Moncalieri turnovers. Swingman Susanna Toffali (174-1998) nailed 28 points and 6 steals for the winning side and point guard Giulia Moroni (168-1994) accounted for 14 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Center Kenko Ngamene (181-2004) came up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and North Macedonian point guard Tijana Mitreva (171-2001) added 12 points and 4 assists respectively for Moncalieri in the defeat. Moncalieri's coach Paolo Terzolo rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Milano have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to second place. Moncalieri at the other side keeps the eleventh position with 13 games lost. Milano will meet league's leader Valdarno on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Moncalieri will play against San Salvatore (#8) and hope to secure a win.
