LeaderTrapani delivered the twenty second win on Sunday night. This time they beat 5th ranked Armani Milano (19-10) 89-81 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Armani Milano. The best player for the winners was American Chris Horton (202-1994, college: Austin Peay, agency: LHZ Sport Agency) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points, 16 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. His fellow American import guard Langston Galloway (188-1991, college: St.Joseph's) chipped in 20 points and 4 assists. Trapani's coach Jasmin Repesa used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Spanish Nikola Mirotic (208-1991) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and American Armoni Brooks (191-1998, college: Houston) added 19 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Four Milano players scored in double figures. Trapani (22-7) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Newly promoted Trapani maintains first place. Milano at the other side keeps the fifth position with ten games lost. Trapani are looking forward to face league's second-placed Virtus in Bologna in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Milano will play at home against Scafati and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
