There was an upset when higher rankedRieti (4-3) was defeated on the road by nineteenth ranked Roseto (2-5) 83-79 on Sunday. Roseto made 20-of-23 free shots (87.0 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for naturalized Serbian forward Danilo Petrovic (203-1999) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points. American point guard Justin Robinson (170-1995, college: Monmouth) helped adding 7 points and 8 assists. At the losing side American forward Robert Allen (206-2000, college: N.Texas, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) responded with 13 points and 9 rebounds and the former international Mattia Palumbo (198-2000) scored 11 points and 7 rebounds. Four Rieti players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Roseto moved-up to seventeenth place, which they share with Puglia and Forli. Loser Rieti dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with 8 other teams.
