There was a surprise result when fifteenth rankedSant Antimo (2-5) beat higher ranked Faenza (5-2) in Napoli 78-70 on Sunday. It was an exceptional evening for naturalized Senegalese center Magaye Seck (201-2001) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds. Swingman Gabriele Berra (195-2000, agency: SLN) accounted for 21 points for the winning side. Belgian power forward Thomas Van Ounsem (205-1999) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and forward Mouhammed Mbacke (203-2004, agency: SLN) added 12 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Faenza in the defeat. Four Faenza players scored in double figures. Sant Antimo moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with 3 other teams.
