UndefeatedTreviglio (6-1) recorded its first loss on the court of tenth ranked Vicenza . Visitors were defeated by Vicenza 79-74 . It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Treviglio. Vicenza dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Treviglio 's 26 and made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game. The winners were led by guard Giovanni Gasparin (190-1991, agency: Interperformances) who scored that evening 20 points and 5 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and forward Jacopo Preti (200-1994) supported him with 18 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). Vicenza's coach Gabriele Ghirelli allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game.
