There was no surprise when 19th rankedPesaro Loreto (1-8) was crushed on the road by ninth ranked Jesi (5-4) 93-63 on Sunday. Jesi outrebounded Pesaro Loreto 38-26 including a 29-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Jesi looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Icelandic swingman Kristinn Palsson (198-1997, college: Marist, agency: SLN) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and point guard Fabrizio Piccone (182-1998, agency: SLN) chipped in 21 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists.
