Very expected game when bottom-rankedPiacenza Basket (0-9) was smashed at home by tenth ranked Orlandina (6-4) 95-64 on Sunday. Orlandina made 18-of-20 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game. Point guard Gianmarco Bertetti (179-2001) notched 20 points to lead the effort and forward Jacopo Rapetti (203-2004) supported him with 17 points and 6 rebounds. Five Orlandina players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 12 points and 12 rebounds by naturalized Nigerian center Adam Abba Adamu (211-2004) did not help to save the game for Piacenza Basket . Forward Federico Ricci (196-1997) added 13 points for lost side. Piacenza Basket's coach Giorgio Salvemini gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Orlandina have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Vicenza and San Severo. Loser Piacenza Basket still closes the standings with nine games lost.
