American guard KeShawn Curry (195-1998, college: VCU, agency: JCK Sports Group) had a double-double by scoring 27 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Bulgarian forward Ivan Alipiev (203-1999, college: LMU) chipped in 26 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Curry is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side American point guard Jazz Johnson (178-1996, college: Nevada) responded with 14 points and 5 rebounds and the former international point guard Lorenzo Saccaggi (188-1992) scored 8 points and 7 assists. Mestre moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Pistoia . Pistoia lost fourth consecutive game.
