Regular Season Round 16: Scafati - Rimini 79-92
Date: December 6, 2025
The game between closely ranked teams ended with 10th rankedScafati 's (8-8) home loss to ninth ranked Rimini (9-6) 79-92 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Mark Ogden (206-1994, college: Utah Tech) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 9 rebounds and the former international swingman Pierpaolo Marini (193-1993, agency: Players Group) who added 20 points during the contest. Five Rimini players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard Caleb Walker (194-1989, college: Nebraska) responded with 25 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) and the former international point guard Bruno Mascolo (192-1996, agency: Players Group) scored 12 points. Scafati's coach Alessandro Crotti tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Rimini moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Rieti. Loser Scafati keeps the tenth position with eight games lost. They share it with Cento and Torino. Rimini will meet at home higher ranked Fortitudo (#4) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Scafati will play against Roseto (#20) and hope to secure a win.
