There was a small surprise when nineteenth rankedPesaro Loreto (3-12) edged at home 17th ranked Nocera (3-12) 73-70 on Saturday. The winners were led by swingman Federico Tognacci (197-2000) who scored that evening 21 points and 6 assists and point guard Elia Sgarzini (184-2004) supported him with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Even 17 points and 4 assists by Carlo Cappelletti (183-2002) did not help to save the game for Nocera . Guard Lorenzo Donadio (193-2001, college: American) added 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Nocera's coach Nino Sanfilippo tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Pesaro Loreto moved-up to seventeenth place, which they share with Imola Virtus and Nocera.
