Very expected game when 14th rankedCantu (3-10) was defeated on the road by eighth ranked Napoli (6-7) 98-86 on Sunday. Napoli dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Cantu 's 40. Canadian-Greek guard Nazareth Mitrou-Long (193-1993, college: Iowa St.) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. American forward Aamir Simms (203-1999, college: Clemson) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds. American point guard Jacob Gilyard (175-1998, college: Richmond, agency: One Motive Sports) produced 14 points and 6 assists and the former international guard Riccardo Moraschini (194-1991) added 15 points respectively for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
